While the economy did retrict the ability of some city staffers to attend, those that attended have confirmed the conference showed how to maximize revenue with existing and recently released PSI features.
For the first year we held a simultaneous breakout session where smaller groups could ask focused questions relating to applications used by those in the respective session.
Bill Milny of Oakland presented a brief seminar on how to use raw data extracted from PSI systems to easily obtain answers to important questions.
Jim Plunkett updated our attendees on the latest requirements for acceptance of convenience fees.

PSI to sponsor and exhibit at 2010 NBBLO in Las Vegas
As further demonstration of our commitment to the licensing industry, PSI has signed up to exhibit, lecture and sponsor the 2010 NBBLO conference in Las Vegas from July 14th to July 16th.

Monterey almost live with LicenseTrack web renewals
The City of Monterey will be offering businesses the ability to renew business licenses via the internet and is in final testing.
Businesses will also be able to review their status via the web as well.
